The stainless steel has the widely use, good anti-corrosion, heat-resisting,low-temperature strength and machine characteristics;it can be punched and bend well when it is hot working, and its hardering will not to be happened.(non-magnetism, the temperature between -196℃ to 800℃). Household appliances(type 1, 2 are tableware, cupboard, indoor pipelining, heater, boiler, bathtub),the parts for car(windshield wiper, filtering, moldering), medical appliances, building materials, chemistry, food industry, agriculture, ship parts.

Automatic lathe

303

It will be good free-cutting to add S in the base of 304 . Use to the parts which has high quality free-cutting, such as the parts for electronics.

303CU

It will be shapped well to add S in the base of 303. Use to the parts which has high quality free-cutting, such as the parts for electronics.

Bearing and automatic lathe

303

It will be good free cutting to add S in the base of 304 . The bearing for OA furniture/for civil and the shaft for driving and puddler/for high quality pump.

304

Forging,machine work

304L

The low C for the grade of 304, on the common condition, its anti-corrosion is same as Type 304, but its capacity of anti-corrosion in the crystal is excellent afterwards weld or dispel stress. it will keep anti-corrosion when it has not heat-resistanted, the temperature between -196℃ to 800℃. Apply for field machines in chemisty,coal industry,oil industry which must be high quanlity anti-corrosion in crystal,for heat-resistanted parts in building and for the parts which difficult to heat-resisting.

316

If add Mo in it, its anti-corrosion, anti-corrsion by air and hyperthermia strength are specially good, it can be used in a cruel environment and its hardness will be improved by cold finish (non-magnetism). For equipments which in the sea, chemistry, dye processing, papermaking,oxalic acid, fertilizer, photography, food industry, the facilities of coastal regions, for rope, CD pole, bolt, nut.

Driving shaftdriving shaft 

304N

Compared with 304, it is added N for high strength which use in the structure parts. The shaft for the pump and ship.

316N

For high strength which use in structure parts.

Chemical oil and pressure vessel.

316L

The low-C series for the grade of 316 ,its anti-corrosion in crystal is excellent, besides the characteristics of the grade 316. Use in the grade of 316 which has special requirment in anti-corrosion in crystal.

Aviation and boiler

321

Add the element Ti into the grade of 304 to avoid corrosion in the crystal,its temperature between 430℃ to 900℃. Aircraft, exhaust guide, boiller.

630 (17-4)

Maraging stainless steel, high strength and anti-lashed; it will get varied characterstics of the strength by the different heat treatment's way. High strength bearing and the structure parts.

XM-19

Austenite stainless steel includes N and microelement.
